He holds an A.S. in Sound Production from Valencia College, is Pro Tools certified, and has worked as a live audio engineer in Orlando — managing rehearsals, soundchecks, and in-ear monitor mixes at a professional level. Energetic, patient, and highly adaptable, Arol meets each student where they are and focuses on building strong fundamentals, musical confidence, and a genuine love for music that lasts a lifetime.

Since November 2016 he has served as Choral Director at Harmony High School in St. Cloud, and previously at Liberty High School. He was nominated Teacher of the Year in Osceola County Arts in both 2014 and 2015, and is an active worship leader and keyboardist at his church.

He has fronted bands, led worship teams, and previously taught at School of Rock, guiding students in instrument proficiency, theory, and stagecraft. At TWOM he teaches all six instruments at all levels, brings hands-on production expertise across Logic Pro, Pro Tools, and Ableton Live, and excels as a band coach — helping students develop real timing, communication, and stage presence.
